Shipping policy

At Christmas Tree Movers, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your Christmas trees and services.


1. Delivery Area

  • We deliver Christmas trees and provide setup services to the following areas: Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Mississauga, Hamilton.
  • If you are outside our service area, please contact us at Christmastreemovers@gmail.com to inquire about special arrangements (additional fees may apply).

2. Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery fees are included in the price of your tree.
  • Setup Service: Setup services are included. Additional fees for lights, decorating. 
  • Tree Disposal Service: After the holiday season, we offer tree pickup and disposal for $100.00

3. Delivery Times

  • Deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM], Monday through Sunday.
  • Customers can select a preferred delivery date during checkout. While we strive to meet your preferences, actual delivery times may vary.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or text with your scheduled delivery date and time.

4. Order Deadlines

  • Orders placed before 10 am can be delivered as early as the next day, subject to availability.
  • For last-minute orders, please contact us at Christmastreemovers@gmail.com to check availability.

5. Tree Handling and Delivery

  • Our team takes every precaution to ensure your tree arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
  • Upon delivery, we will carry your tree to your preferred location and complete the setup (if the setup service is selected).
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, additional redelivery fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If your tree or order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 416-347-8081
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship Christmas trees via mail or courier services. All trees are hand-delivered by our team to maintain freshness and quality.
